This should be the current WR, because the next best time by another guy (that I know of) is 7:19.781. There are several unintentional offs/cuts in this drive, but when you count the gains and losses, there is essentially no advantage from them. They are genuine driver errors (the relatively hard car setup is quite tricky at the limit). The absolute limit is around 7:10, this setup allows for sub-7:15 (which is my near future goal). This drive is equivalent to ~6:53 bridge to gantry (with high entry speed (250+ kph) at the bridge). I use automatic clutch, other aids are off. I drive from the standard in-car view with just the car's regular LCD on (no additional displays).
